    Reciting: Deed of 11 July 1914 between same parties by which below mentioned land, and other property, was charged with the payment to i) of £200 and interest By deed of 23 December 1914 and made between the same parties the said land etc. was charged with further payment of £150 and interest NOW ii) has agreed to sell property to iii) for £20 £400 now remains owing on said mortgage and further charge it is agreed that £10 of said purchase money should be paid to i) Now in consideration of £10 to i) paid by iii) by direction of ii) and of £10 to ii) paid by iii) i) conveys to iii) by direction of ii) - piece of land formerly part of the Howbury Estate in Goldington (5617 square feet) N. Arthur William Janes E. said Arthur William Janes W. Laxton Brothers S. (part) Alexander Farr; (remaining part) Sarah Jane Kidman, Arthur Gell as shown on plan which was, with other land, conveyed to ii) by deed of 6 November 1911 and made between Cecil Henry Polhill and Alfred Ernest Field and ii) to be held freed from all charges and claims under said mortgage and further charge i) acknowledges right of iii) to production and delivery of deeds as in schedule which documents will be retained by i) as they relate to other property comprised in said mortgage ii) agrees that when documents shall come into his possession he will give iii) a statutory undertaking for their safe custody Schedule Deeds of 6 November 1911, 7 November 1911, 13 February 1912, 11 July 1914, 23 December 1914 Signatures of all Witnesses: Lionel Abrahams, St Neots, solicitor, Cyril B Townsend, 14 Ampthill Road, Bedford, clerk to Mr Alexander Farr
