Dated 22 January 1945. Correspondence between Rose's Fashion Centre Ltd. and C.J. Beavis Limited regarding the showcases in The Arcade and change in rateable value to £80 per annum. Dated October and November 1963. Letter from Medical Sickness Annuity and Life Assurance Society Limited to C.J. Beavis Limited detialing that Rose's Fashion no longer lease walls in the Arcade and that any payment for display cabinets and advertising panels should now be paid to them. Schedule included of new terms and costs. Dated 16 December 1981.
