    - close of arable and pasture called Blackes Hearne containing 14 acres in Luton - 2 pieces of arable land in Sewell Field, containing 2 acres and 1 acre in Luton - 2 pieces of arable land in Bridge Field, in Luton, all of which were given to me by late father Thomas Wynch; to George Wynche my eldest son, subject to payment of £20 to younger son Thomas Wynch at 21 - messuage or cottage etc. at the south end of Luton, in occupation of Charles Goodyeare, to son Thomas at age of 21 - 4 pieces of arable in Bridge Field, Luton, containing 4 acres, lately purchased of Thomas Creswell, gentleman, to son Thomas; if either son die before 21, then survivor to inherit; if both sons die, the cottage to wife Adrey for life, and then to godson George Clarke, son of Edward Clarke of Rinsford, Luton, yeoman residue to wife Adraye, who is executrix, and guardian of 2 sons Witnesses: Francis Olney, writer of this will, John Crossley, William Groome
