i) Isaac Hindley of Baldock, gentleman, sole executor of Thomas Barn of Baldock, gentleman, deceased, who was surviving executor of Will of Robert Thurgood of Baldock, brewer ii) Robert Clutterbuck, esquire of Cardiff, Glamorganshire (Recital of SA177, SA181, SA183 and SA188. Robert Thurgood died in January 1775. Will 26 March 1774; remainder of personal estate to brother John Thurgood and Thomas Barns in trust to invest and to pay interest yearly to Sarah Clutterbuck wife of Thomas Clutterbuck junior, esquire of Watford for life. After her decease to ii) (his grandson). £10,000. John Thurgood died in June 1781; Sarah Clutterbuck died 22 March 1788; Thomas Barns died on 27 July 1793. Various mortgages amount to £10,000.
