    there is still owing from George Goldsmith's estate to Mr Roberts, executor of Ann Halford, £350 and interest now in consideration of £665 (i.e. so much as will, when added to said £350 and interest, make this amount) and £20 annuity to Ruth Barley i) agree to make sufficient conveyance to ii) of … Gubbins or Gobiongs Close and Wood (total 40 acres) in Higham Gobion, in occupation of Thomas Woodcroft it is also agreed that ii) shall have rents from 25 December last i) to pay annuity to Ruth Barley to 19 January instant i) will pay 2 guineas to ii) towards cost of levying fine of the premises by George Goldsmith and wife Signatures of all Witnesses: Jonathan Cowper, H Eaton
