    whereas i) have caused a satisfaction to be entered on the court rolls of St John's Manor relating to the property mortgaged for £3,800, which property is now exonerated from payment of said sum iii) now requests that freehold property be re-conveyed to him all interest on debt of £2,250 has been paid by iii) and so iii) wishes to pay off said principal sum said principal sum of £1,859..16s..2d is still owing now i) with consent of iii), ii) and iv) release to v) … Blunham House etc. … 17 acres ground etc. to v) on trust to secure unto iv) the repayment of said £1,859..16s..2d, and after repayment, then in trust for iii) also in consideration of £2,250 paid to ii) by iii) in discharge of mortgage of 17 July 1835 ii) release iii) from said mortgage for ever also ii) with consent of iii) and iv), surrenders … freehold messuage, reputed manor etc. [as in X616/3-4] to the intent that the unexpired residue of term of 1,000 years may be merged and extinguished signatures of i) - iv) [partly illegible] endorsed: receipt, witnesses
