For replacing supply of jointure for Dame Elizabeth Luke (also in consideration that Dame Elizabeth, wife of Sir Samuel Luke, son and heir of Sir Oliver Luke, and i) and ii) being trusted for Dame Elizabeth, i) and ii) at request of Sir Oliver Luke have joined with him and Sir Samuel Luke in the sale of lands in Huntrey fields, Cople and cottages etc. formerly settled on Dame Elizabeth for jointure and raising portions for daughters by Sir Samuel Luke)

Humfreyes Wood (60 acres) in Hawnes and Clophill in occupation Sir Oliver Luke ... cottage with homestall and 3 acres in Hawnes in occupation Robert Elmer ... farm with appurtenances and 10 acres pasture and 90 acres arable in Hawnes lately bought of Richard Osborne and Edmond Bagshawe, in occupation John Baldocke ... cottage in Hawnes in occupation Henry Ashbolte ... cottage and 3 acres in Hawnes in occupation William Worsley (for Sir Samuel Luke for life, then to use of Sir George Sonds, Thomas Soame and Raphe Freeman for life of Dame Elizabeth, then to ii) in trust for daughters of Sir Samuel Luke and Dame Elizabeth. If Sir Samuel Luke dies with male or female issue, and if Sir Oliver Luke or his heirs male pay to 1 daughter £3,500 and £4,500 to be divided among the rest (portions to be paid in church porch of Arlesey when daughter(s) are 15 years of age), and pay to Dame Elizabeth for life £20 for maintenance and education of each daughter of Elizabeth and Sir Samuel Luke before they are 15 (use of ii) to be then void), then ii) to have use in trust for heirs male of Sir Samuel Luke and Dame Elizabeth. Provisions in default of issue for sons of Sir Oliver Luke and Sir John Luke. Person(s) who have remainder. (Sir Oliver Luke) shall have rents etc. after death of Sir Samuel Luke and wife Elizabeth, but Sir Oliver Luke or his heirs or Sir John Luke shall pay to daughter(s) of Sir Samuel Luke and wife Elizabeth £40 each per year.
