    There are 2 sons of the marriage of i) and ii) - Edward Brooke and Armine, both minors Various covenants including: from 1 January 1864 i) will pay iii) as trustees - during joint lives of i) and ii), £350 per annum - after death of i) - £350 - annuity of £150 per annum so long as Edward Brooke Thornton is under 21 - annuity of £150 per annum so long as Armine is under 21 if either i) or ii) die during sons' minority, both last 2 annuities shall cease and amounts used for board, lodging etc. of sons so i) covenants to iii) … undivided moiety which arises from sale of his property in Everton, to which he is entitled under will of Stephen Thornton deceased, on trust to invest monies and to pay annuities moiety to be reassigned to i) if he transfers to iii) amount of 3% consols as shall be sufficient to provide payment of said annuities all jewels, plate, furniture, chattels and personal estate of ii) shall be her separate property Signatures of all Endorsed: witnesses
