Two pages have been glued into the pamphlet at a later date: Between pages 4 and 5 - Minutes of resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 August 1948 regarding increasing the nominal capital of the company by the addition of 10,000 ordinary shares (A.O. Beavis - Chairman) Between pages 6 and 7 - Minutes of a special resolution passed on 17 August 1948 at the same meeting that the articles of association be amended by the insertion of a new article 10a whereby shares in the company could not be disposed of unless first offered to Directors "at a fair value".
