chosen by the justices of assize in a case depending in the courts of Common Pleas, King's Bench and Chancery between Thomas Gurrey of Dean, yeoman, and wife Susan[na], lately called Susan[na] Bristow, daughter of Robert Underwood; and William Underwood of Sandy:-
Robert Underwood shall pay Gurry £10 at the Antelope, St Neots, and give up to Gurry his bond by which he stands bound with Robert Underwood to George Britton of Girtford, yeoman; he shall also give a release of actions
Gurry shall give a like release of actions, and shall give up to Underwood 2 bonds
