said Samuel Sutton died on 22 December 1848
Will proved (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) 13 March 1849
Property put up for sale on 22 May 1850 in 2 lots and iii) declared highest bidder for both at £10,500 plus £246..4s..6d for timber
