    (i) Philip, Earl Hardwicke, & Jemima, Marchioness Grey, and their daughter Amabel Grey: (ii) Hugh, Earl of Marchmont, & son & heir Alexander Hume-Campbell; (iii) Charles Nelson Cole of the Inner Temple & Henry Dagge of same; -- Hardwicke will pay 2,000 per annum to Polwarth; Jemima's property will be settled on Amabel after Jemima's death; Polwarth will pay Amabel 400 p.a. pin money; to be increased to 600 after Jemima's death; Marchmont and Polwarth will settle lands to value of 600; on Jemima's death Polwarth and Amabel will make Wrest House one of their principal residences.
