    Parties: (i) Reverend William Thomas Beckett of Ingoldisthorpe in Norfolk, clerk (ii) William Turnbull of Bedford, surveyor (iii) Reverend William Philip Beckett of Bedford, clerk Operative Part: (i) conveys to (ii) for £111 9s 4d Property: (a) piece of land in the parish of St Paul in Bedford being a lot of the land as the Beckett Building Estate containing 4,160 square feet and having a frontage to Spenser Road of 52 feet (as per the plan drawn in the margin) Covenants: - (ii) shall keep in repair the half width of road opposite (a) until the land shall be taken over by the Corporation of Bedford - (ii) shall not erect more than two houses or any detached house worth less than £250 or two or more attached houses of less than £230 each - the main wall of the building shall not be less than eight feet from the road - (ii) shall not make or burn bricks, tiles, lime or bone or carry on any noisome or offensive business on the said piece of land or permit the sale of wine, spirits or beer without the consent of the vendor - Within three months of the purchase (i) to erect walls to enclose the lot, sharing the expense with the purchaser of the adjoining lot Schedule of deeds - 2 and 3 June 1813.
