    Conveyance i) James Lawford, formerly of Leicester, now of Spring Vale House, Ryde, Isle of Wight Willam Llewellyn Salusbury-White, Leicester, gentleman ii) Joseph Tucker Burton-Alexander, The Bury, Pavenham, Esquire iii) Samuel Charles Smith, Harrold, butcher reciting mortgage of 30 September 1904 a) said J T Burton Alexander b) said William Llewellyn Salusbury-White (then William Llewellyn Salusbury) - certain freehold and copyhold hereditaments (including below mentioned) were surrendered by a) to use of b) subject redemption on payment of £1200 and interest reciting othe dees of 29 October 1904 and 20 November 1905 and made supplemental to said mortgage, buy which said premises wer charged with further sums of £9000 and £1000 interest. By Royal Licence dated 28 March 1908 William L Salusbury assumed additional surname of White ii ) has agreed to sell said property, including timber, to iii ) for £190 17s 2d So much of land as was copyhold of Manor of Steventon was enfranchised by Award of Enfranchisement of 7 September 1910, made by Board of Agriculture and Fisheries As i ) have other security for money owed it is agreed that said money should be paid to ii ) Now in consideration of £190 17s 2d paid to ii ) at direction of i ) i ) as mortagagees and ii ) as beneficial owner convey to iii ) - peice of land at West end of Pavenham (2 acres 1 rod 19 poles) and consisting of paddock, orchard and plantation (as in map on deed) to hold in fee simple discharged from all claims under the mortgage and deeds of further charge. i ) will retain deeds etc as in First part of schedule and acknowledge right of iii ) to production of them if required. Same declaration of iii ) in respect of all the deeds in the schedule.
