After decease of Ellen then in trust for her children until youngest is 21 and then to be sold and income to be used in trust for Ellen's children in equal shares - 2 houses in Well Street in occupation of John Hobbs and Elizabeth Goodship on similar trusts in favour of granddaughter Ellen Francis. John Francis Day and Alice Mary Summers are children of Ellen Day
