… to grandson Josephus Hall and his issue - moiety of messuage, farmhouse at Cauldwell in occupation of --- Nottingham which is held as tenant in common with sister Christian Wallingher - Green House in Bedford in occupation of Pycroft and Stockdale if grandson has no issue, then to granddaughter Sarah Fitzhugh Hall. if granddaughter inherits then premises are charged with annuity of £20 per annum to granddaughter Elizabeth Terry. if Sarah Fitzhugh Hall has no issue to inherit, then premises (subject to payment of annuity) to granddaughter Elizabeth Maretta Hall … to grandson Josephus Hall - £20 per annum 'to which I am entitled' out of estate of son-in-law Joseph Hall at Morton, Surrey, during life of said Josephus and his mother - £500 at age 22, to be invested and used for his benefit until that time if he dies under 21 [sic] then £500 to sisters Sarah and Elizabeth … to granddaughter Sarah Fitzhugh Hall and her issue - copyhold property at Hammersmith in default of issue, to Josephus and Elizabeth and their issue, as tenants in common with codicil: annuity of £20 per annum and annuity of £10 substituted to be paid to Sarah Fitzhugh Hall and £10 to Elizabeth Maretta Hall will dated 23 Apr 1727 codicil dated 9 Jun 1731 will proved (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) 11 Jul 1731
