- Scope and Contenti) Mary Payne, London, widow Joseph Ridding, St James', Westminster, Middlesex, and wife Anne Daniel Blackwell, St Andrew, Holborn, coachmaker, and wife Jane (Mary, Anne and Jane are the daughters of Mary Green, widow, deceased) ii) John Robins, Dowgate Hill, London, blacksmith (trustee for Jane Blackwell under her mother's will) Mary Green by her will of 15 January 1723 bequeathed all Bedfordshire property to daughters (1/3 each). Jane's share to be in trust and if subject to interference from her husband, then her share to be divided between her sisters, but they might with advice of Joseph Ridding and ii), give sum of money out of estate to Jane no provision made as to reversion of Jane's 1/3 part now i) grant to ii) - 1/3 part of estate of Mary Green deceased, in trust to convert into money and buy property. Profits to be paid to Jane for life and then to her children. If no children then to Mary and Anne covenant to levy fine signatures of all endorsed witnesses: John Cock, John Cock junior
