    i) Mary Payne, London, widow Joseph Ridding, St James', Westminster, Middlesex, pewterer, and wife Ann Daniel Blackwell, St Andrew, Holborn, coachmaker, and wife Jane (Mary, Ann and Jane are the daughters of Mary Green, late of St James', Westminster, widow, deceased, and devisees under her will) ii) John Robins, Dowgate Hill, London, blacksmith (one of trustees appointed by said will for Jane Blackwell) reciting will of Mary Green by which she devised all her messuages in Bedfordshire and all her real and personal estate to her 3 daughters, Jane's portion being held in trust for her by Ridding and ii). If Daniel does not consent to this, then Jane's share to go to sisters, although sisters can make gifts to her no disposition made of Jane's share now to prevent any suit at law i) release and confirm to ii) - said 1/3rd part in trust to convert into money and buy some further estate, with consent of Jane, and convey it to a trustee during her life, to dispose of rents to her during her life for her sole and separate use. After death of Jane, to go to her children. Failing them, to Mary and Ann covenant to levy fine signatures of all endorsed witnesses: John Cock senior, John Cock junior
