i) Reverend John King Martyn, Pertenhall, clerk ii) Sarah Theed, Bedford, spinster iii) Theed Pearse, Bedford, gentleman marriage to take place between i) and ii) ii) releases to iii) - messuage etc. with curtilage adjoining, formerly in tenure of John Cleaton, then William Flint and now of Mary Wickham, widow, in St Paul's, Bedford, near Well Street North: Well Street South: once Dr Courtman, now Master, Governors and trustees of Bedford Charity East: tenement belonging to St Paul's Church - Hill Closes and Paradice in Kempston (20 acres) - sward on West and North of said closes and premises commonly called the Freeboard (1 acre) North: River Ouse South: highway from Kempston to Bedford - land in Ham Field and Ham Meadow in Kempston, now enclosed (11 acres 1 rood 3 perches) North: River Ouse East and part South and part North: old enclosure of ii) enclosure of George Livius, esquire (being the 8th allotment awarded to William Long at the enclosure) to be held on trust for i) and ii) for their joint lives and then to survivor signatures of i) and ii) endorsed witnesses: Betty Watkins, Jonathan [?John] Upton
