    i) Robert Yarway, citizen and merchant tailor of London William Warne, citizen and scrivenor of London ii) Thomas Newold, Kempston, yeoman iii) Thomas Yarway, Kempston, gentleman consideration - £120 paid to Robert Yarway and 10s to William Warne, by ii) - £300 i) at request of iii) releases to ii) - Newolds Farm etc. - 40 acres land in common fields of Kempston - 40 poles and ½ acre meadow in Ham Meadow - 1 rood and 3 x ½ swathes meadow in East Meadow - Newolds Pightle (2 acres) - 3 acres meadow within the Holme in Kempston - 3 roods meadow in Box Mead, Kempston - Chauntry or Woodend Close these having already been conveyed by i) to or for Mathew Dennis and Thomas Yarway all which said farm, lands etc. were formerly the inheritance of Thomas Snagge, serjeant at law, and afterwards of Sir Thomas Snagge, knight, and since of Ralph Snagge, son of said Thomas, and lately sold to i) by Thomas and Charles Snagge, sons of Ralph premises are subject to a mortgage of 8 February 1659, between a) Robert Yarway and William Warne b) Humphrey Monoux, Wootton, knight William Whitebread, Cardington, esquire to secure £300 and interest for the use of Frances Snagge, daughter of late Thomas Snagge Robert Yarway agrees with ii) that he will procure b) to transfer said property to ii) before 30 November next, if ii) has paid said £300 (which shall count as part of purchase money) to b) for use of Henry Wyne and wife Frances (daughter of Thomas Snagge) signatures of i) endorsed livery of seisin witnesses
