    To trustees (John Altham and John Dixie of Gray's Inn, and William Abbis of Stotfold, gentleman) all manors, messuages and lands, to be sold; proceeds as follows: To wife Frances £1,000 with plate, linen, bedsteads for self and servant, and furniture of 1 room in mansion house for self and 1 for servant; with annuity of £100 in interim. To nephew Nathaniel Parsell 20s for ring; and to nieces Hannah wife of Robert Goodhall, Sarah Parsell, Rebecca Parsell £100 each. To Robert Goodhall and son William £50. To sister Margaret Trice, widow £200; to her sons Nathaniel and John and daughter Hannah Pont £100. To Matthew Fearne only son of late sister £400. To brother John Dixie £200. Small bequests to Samuel Pont (husband of Hannah); brother Sir Wolstan Dixie, baronet; niece Rosamond Dixie; brother Thomas Dixie; nephew Woolstan Dixie; to friend and ancient servant James Pratt (to whom a cottage in Clifton occupied by him); servants William Devorax, George Palmer; friends Thomas Amp, George Catesby, John Ventris, George Blundell, Richard Edwards of Henlow, Jonathan Waller.
