    … to Samuel Archdeacon, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, gentleman, and William Day, Eaton Socon, miller - all property in Eaton Socon and elsewhere, and all personal estate, in trust as follows: to make an inventory of personal effects … to daughter Ann, wife of William Eaton - all interest in Basmead Manor Farm, leased from Sir John Danvers, baronet, for the residue of the term daughter appointed executrix as to this bequest … to son John Pridmore - 1s … to son Thomas Pridmore - £100 to be paid within 12 months after testator's decease - working tools used in my trade and timber and boards in my possession … to daughter Mary Perry - £5 … to wife Ann Pridmore - rents, issues and profits of real estate - use of stock on farm - all personal estate not already disposed of for life, while she remains his widow. After her death to go to those to whom she has left them by will. Otherwise to be sold by his executors and proceeds divided between children, If wife remarries, then to repay all she received under the will and she is to give a bond to this effect, and for stock at valuation (as in inventory). If she marries again, trustees to pay her rents and proceeds of personal estate and houses if she keeps them in repair said Samuel and William appointed executors
