    i) Thomas Wiles, Wyboston, Eaton Socon, yeoman (trustee) ii) Robert Wiles, late of Toseland, Huntingdonshire, and now of Thorney, Nottinghamshire, farmer (eldest son of Robert Wiles, deceased) iii) Martha Wiles, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, widow iv) William Wilshere junior, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, gentleman v) George Maule, Huntingdon, gentleman vi) Robert Thorns, Eaton Socon, victualler vii) George James Gorham, St Neots, merchant (trustee for vi)) reciting X702/23 and X702/28 also reciting X702/24 and X702/27 reciting the will and codicil of Robert Wiles (X702/25) and release of right (X702/26) i) has agreed to sell to vi) property as in above deeds (X702/23, /24, /27, /28) and also a cottage for £1,100 £500 is now owing to v) £150 owed to iv) has been paid off reciting that iii) is entitled to dower and thirds out of the estate of Robert Wiles, her husband, deceased it has been agreed that vi) shall pay £500 to v) and £200 shall be paid to iii) in full of all her rights to dower now in consideration of £500 paid to v) by vi) at the request of i) and of £200 paid to iii) by vi) also at request of i) and of £400 paid to i) by vi) (total £1,100) i), ii) and iii) release to vi) - White Horse Inn, Eaton Socon - close adjoining (3 acres) - orchard in Eaton Socon (1 acre) South: Reverend St John Harding North: first mentioned close which said orchard is now thrown open to said close and contains one piece of ground only, in occupation of Robert Thorns, and was conveyed by Richard Barcock to Robert Wiles by lease and release of 5 and 6 March 1776 - piece of ground (3 roods 16 perches) in occupation of Robert Thorns and adjoining to said pasture and orchard on West side and lately awarded to i) by the enclosure commissioners in lieu of a cottage common right belonging to said inn South: St John Harding West and North: Richard Blofield East: aforesaid close now also in consideration of said £500 paid by vi) to v) v) at request of i) and vi) transfers to vii) - said messuage and close of pasture as in X702/23 and X702/29 [?X702/24] in trust for vi) to attend upon the freehold now also in consideration of £150 paid to iv) iv) at request of i) and vi) transfers to vii) - piece of ground as in mortgage of 1 March 1787 (recited in X702/24) for remainder of said term of 1,000 years in trust for ii) to attend upon the freehold signatures of i) to v) endorsed receipt witnesses: Jesse Scarbrow, William Dixie
