reciting will of William Chandless, late of 5 Portman Street, Middlesex, esquire, deceased, proved (Principal Probate Registry) 22 May 1896 by which i) - a nephew of the testator - is entitled to 1/7th part of stocks etc. in schedule (expectant on decease of Sarah Chandless, widow of testator's brother, Thomas) representing 1/5th share of testator's residuary estate
by memorandum of 31 July 1906 above property was charged as additional security for repayment of £10.000 to ii)
by memorandum of 4 February 1907 above property was also charged with repayment of £800 to iii)
said Sarah Chandless is now 78 and lives at 2 Albert Hall Mansions, London, and 10 King's Gardens, Hove, Brighton
now in consideration of £1,000 paid to i) by iv)
i) covenants with iv) to pay interest at £5..10s% per annum until sum repaid
