    i) William Long Fitzpatrick, Woodlands, Clapham, esquire ii) Reverend Thomas Cecil Fitzpatrick, The Lodge, Queens College, Cambridge, clerk in Holy Orders Walter George Hatfield Harter, Kempston Bury, esquire iii) said Thomas Cecil Fitzpatrick iv) Law Reversionary Society Limited, Thanet House, 231 and 232 Strand, London reciting will of William Chandless, late of 5 Portman Street, Middlesex, esquire, deceased, proved (Principal Probate Registry) 22 May 1896 by which i) - a nephew of the testator - is entitled to 1/7th part of stocks etc. in schedule (expectant on decease of Sarah Chandless, widow of testator's brother, Thomas) representing 1/5th share of testator's residuary estate by memorandum of 31 July 1906 above property was charged as additional security for repayment of £10.000 to ii) by memorandum of 4 February 1907 above property was also charged with repayment of £800 to iii) said Sarah Chandless is now 78 and lives at 2 Albert Hall Mansions, London, and 10 King's Gardens, Hove, Brighton now in consideration of £1,000 paid to i) by iv) i) covenants with iv) to pay interest at £5..10s% per annum until sum repaid also ii) and iii) assign to iv) - 1 undivided 1/7th part of share of i) of property in schedule with schedule of railway and overseas stock and £400 cash signatures of i) and ii) various witnesses receipt 6 Jul 1910 receipt of all monies due 23 Jun 1920
