    Parties: (i) Reverend William Thomas Jennings of Huttoft Vicarage in Lincolnshire, clerk in holy orders (ii) Henry Impey of Holly Street in Luton, surveyor and house agent (iii) Stephen Sapwell of Collingdon Street in Luton, straw hat manufacturer Reciting: - William Toyer borrowed £300 from James King by way of a mortgage dated 2 July 1869 - the mortgage was transferred to Henry Gates by an assignment of 11 April 1881 and (ii) borrowed a further £100 - the mortgage was transferred to (i) by an assignment of 26 November 1894 - William Toyer died at Lea Road in Luton on 2 August 1897, a widower and intestate leaving his eldest son Walter Toyer heir at law - the property and equity of redemption were conveyed by Walter Toyer to (ii) by a conveyance dated 6 November 1897 Operative Part: (ii) directs (i) to convey to (iii) for £75 Property: (a) land in Liverpool Road bounded on the E by Liverpool Road and with a frontage of 43ft 8inches and on the S by the remaining premises of (ii) and on the NW by premises of Alfred Day Batson with rights of way at the rear of the property Covenant: (iii) in any building he erects to leave a clear headway of seven feet throughout the length of the passageway at the rear or to open the window overlooking the kitchen of the adjoining property belonging to (ii) Witnesses: - Edward Hayden of Welton Rectory in Lincolnshire, clerk in holy orders - John Gates, solicitor of Luton
