    (1) Conveyance dated 29 September 1865 (with plan) Parties: (i) Robert Marsh of George Street in Luton, gentleman (ii) William Toyer of Alma Street in Luton, straw bonnet manufacturer Reciting: - conveyance of 10 March 1862 whereby a piece of pasture land known as White Brick Close was conveyed to (i) by Henry Thomson of Luton, corn merchant Operative part: (i) conveyed to (ii) for £90 Property: (a) land on Liverpool Road in Luton bounded on the E by Liverpool Road, on the S by premises of Frederick Godfrey, on the NW by land of the Hertford, Luton and Dunstable Railway and which said land was part and parcel of White Brick Close Attached schedule of deeds: - lease of 28/29 September 1779 between Thomas Butcher and Elizabeth his wife, Mary Perrin, Thomas Evans and Sarah his wife and Ann Barnett of the first part, John Bradshaw of the second and Joseph Williamson of the third - conveyance of 19 November 1855 between Richard Burroughs Lucas of the first part, Elizabeth Ann Lucas of the second and Henry Tomson of the third - indenture of covenant of 10 March 1856 between John Sambrook of the first part and Henry Tomson of the second part - indenture of 11 January 1862 between William Phillips of the first part, the Luton Gas Company of the second and Henry Tomson of the third - conveyance of 10 March 1862 as above (2) Mortgage dated 2 July 1869 Parties: (i) William Toyer (ii) James King of Park Street in Luton, straw bonnet manufacturer Operative part: (i) to borrow £300 from (ii) with interest at £5 per cent and power of sale in case of default Property: as in (1) but with three cottages or tenements lately erected by (i) on the property (3) Transfer of mortgage dated 11 April 1881 Parties: (i) J. King (ii) William Toyer (iii) Henry Gates of Luton, grocer Reciting: as in (2), the principal sum owed is still outstanding but the interest has been paid Operative part: (iii) to pay £300 to (i) for the transfer of the mortgage and to lend an additional £100 for (ii) Property: as above (4) Assignment of mortgage dated 26 November 1894 Parties: (i) H.
