    Parties: (i) William Pateman of Dudley Street in Luton, straw hat manufacturer (ii) George Bailey of Union Street in Luton, solicitor Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/12/1-2 - (i) is now errecting two messuages or tenements with blockhouses, stables, outbuildings etc on the lands Operative part: (i) to borrow £250 from (ii) with interest at £5 per annum Property: (a) land in Collingdon Street containing 11p 9y and bounded on the SE by Collingdon Street and on the NW by the Great Northern Railway and on the SW by land purchased by John Phillips Faunch and on the NE by land purchased by James Cox (b) small plot of land in Collingdon Street containing 3p 23y extending on the NW side or rear thereof next to the Great Northern Railway by 10 feet and extending in length on the NE next to land of James Cox by 103 feet and on the SW side by (a) (a) and (b) with the buildings currently in the process of being erected thereon and soon to be occupied by (i) and Henry Field Habendum: (i) to pay £100 on 1 March next and the interest will be due as equal half yearly payments on the 1 March and 1 September Covenants: (i) to insure the property against loss or damage by fire Witnesses: - Geo.
