    Devises to son Thomas a cottage called Dawes in Keysoe Row, formerly the inheritance of deceased brother Robert and now in occupation of William Flanders; also 5 acres in Keysoe formerly the estate of Stephen Day; and 5½ acres in Keysoe: In Stockings field; in Keysoe Grange field, abutting east on Lyncroft Lane; in Row Marsh field, abutting west on Nether croft hill; on Tibden Hill next Tibden grove abutting on Broadmead lane; some of which were purchased of Thomas Peacock and Stephen Day. To son Joseph, 4 acres purchased of Samuel Pryor and Walter Bennett: In Bolnhurst field; and in Redland field in Keysoe; also £10 at age 15. To son John, 8½ acres part late the lands of Francis Northfield: In Bolnhurst field; in Lown field in Keysoe; in Tibden field in Keysoe; and £10. To wife Elizabeth, executrix, remainder of goods and rents for bringing up sons Thomas and Joseph. Owners or occupiers of adjoining lands: John Money, John Cunnington, Earl of Bolingbroke, Robert Goby, Mr Scriven, John Hall, Walter Robinson, Thomas Henson.
