Has visited Harriet Ranfurly [Knox]....'Agnes is a fine, sturdy girl, but decidedly not pretty' Has written to Edinburgh for the brooch. Louisa and Henry Alexander are abroad and unlikely to come to England. Agneta [daughter] has lost the canary; she let it out of the cage and the window was open.
