    Parties: (i) Thomas Jackson of Eltham Park esquire and Alfred William Bean late of Castle House, Shooters Hill but now of Danson Park, Kent, esquire (ii) James Cox of Collingdon Street, straw hat manufacturer Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/1/1-2 - this is part of the third plot of land named in the deed of 1862 and was the 11th Lot sold at the auction where (ii) was the highest bidder Operative part: (i) convey to (ii) for £85 Property: (a) land in Collingdon Street containing 11p 9y and with a frontage of 30ft on Collingdon Street bounded on the NW by the Great Northern Railway and on the NE next to Plot 12 which was sold by (i) to Charles James Davis and on the SW side next to Plot 10 which was sold by (i) to William Pateman Covenants: (ii) to erect a fence or wall not less than 5ft high on the SW of the land within 3 months To produce deeds Witnesses: - John Jackson of Castle Wood Mansion, Shooters Hill, Kent contractor - George Sell, Luton Memorandum that a small plot of the within mentioned land measuring 10ft in width and 103ft in length was sold by (ii) to his neighbour William Pateman by an indenture dated 29 April 1876 [see Z1515/1/11/12/2]
