(a) land in Collingdon Street containing 11p 9y and with a frontage of 30ft on Collingdon Street bounded on the NW by the Great Northern Railway and on the NE next to Plot 12 which was sold by (i) to Charles James Davis and on the SW side next to Plot 10 which was sold by (i) to William Pateman

(ii) to erect a fence or wall not less than 5ft high on the SW of the land within 3 months
