The clerk of the Munster Road Office, General Post Office, Dublin, has circulated a letter that all English newspapers, unless ordered through him, will have to pay tax. Clerks in the Post Office are distributors of newspapers, & have influence with county postmasters, from which the dealers are suffering injury.
