    i) Sarah Beal, Bedford, spinster ii) said Sarah Beal Samuel Joy, Bedford, carpenter (executors of will of Peter Brown, deceased) iii) William Holley iv) said Sarah Beal v) William Stimson, Bedford, gentleman reciting will of Peter Brown, dated 8 January 1849 by which he appoints i) his niece and said Samuel Joy as executors, he gave the residue of his estate to said niece. Will proved on 7 June 1849 in Bedford Archdeaconry court Said sums of £50 of £70 are still owing and £14 for arrears of interest (total £134) now i) has agreed to purchase property from iii) for £134 now in consideration of £134 owing from iii) to i) iii) confirms to v) - messuage as above in occupation of iii) in Thurleigh to hold freed and discharged from said mortgages, to use of i) signatures ii), iii), v) endorsed witness George Denyer, clerk to Mr Rogers, Solicitor, Bedford 5 April 1851
