Said sums of £50 of £70 are still owing and £14 for arrears of interest (total £134)
now i) has agreed to purchase property from iii) for £134
now in consideration of £134 owing from iii) to i)
iii) confirms to v)
- messuage as above in occupation of iii) in Thurleigh
to hold freed and discharged from said mortgages, to use of i)
