reciting: will of Ann Pridmore, late of Eaton Socon, widow, dated 4 May 1779 by which she gave to daughter Mary, wife of Charles Triston, St Neots, peruke maker, her cottage in Eaton Socon in occupations of John Barnes and Samuel Brown as same was fenced off from the garden then in occupation of herself (being garden hereinafter particularly mentioned) for life and then to granddaughter i) [then Mary Perry]
in January 1795 i) married Edward Emery of St Neots, staymaker, who has since died
now in consideration of £300 paid to i) by ii)
i) releases to ii)
- cottage in Eaton Socon once in occupation of John Barnes and Samuel Brown
East: Great North Road or Town Street
all other parts: White Horse Inn estate and another estate in Eaton Socon, late Blofields and now belonging to ii)
iii) to be trustee for ii) if necessary
