reciting: death of Samuel Hall died in January 1811 unmarried and intestate and letters of administration were granted to vii)
reciting: death of Humphrey Hall died in January 1814 having made a will on 7 November 1813 by which he left all monies to which he was entitled from his father and brother and personal estate (except furniture in his dwelling house which he gave to his wife, Elizabeth Hall) to brother i) (he having lent sums of money). now i) has agreed to become bound to ix) in £3,000 and 5% interest
now in consideration of £1,500 paid by ix) to i)
i) and ii) (as relates to her life estate) release and iv), vii) and viii) confirm to ix)
- messuage in Eaton Socon, once in occupation of James Sparrow and now of --- Knight
- close of pasture (2 acres 2 roods 11 perches) with barn and stable erected on it
- capital messuage lately erected on other part of said close by i)
- Home Close adjoining (2 acres 1 rood 32 perches)
- Dovehouse Close (2 acres 21 perches)
- new inclosure adjoining to Bushmead Road (55 acres 35 perches)
to be held by ix) freed from payment of remaining legacies but subject to term of 500 years and remaining trusts
to secure repayment of said £1,500
also i), iv), v) Edith Wagstaff and vii) direct and iii) declares that she will stand interested in all the aforesaid property for the term of 500 years expectant on death of ii) to secure payment of unpaid legacies and said sum of £1,500
