    Parties: (i) Thomas Jackson of Eltham Park in Kent, esquire, and Alfred William Bean late of Castle House, Shooters Hill, Kent but now of Danson Park Welling, esquire (ii) William Beeson of 84 Dunstable Road, Luton, smith Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £80 Property: (a) land on the New Street in Luton recently laid out and leading from the New Bedford Road called Collingdon Street and abutting on the said Collingdon Street on the S side by 30ft and on the SW side on land purchased by Charles James Davis and on the NW side on the Hertford Luton and Dunstable Railway line and on the NE side on land purchased by Thomas Smart with the right of way for (ii) to any buildings he should erect thereon Habendum: that no wife of (ii) will be entitled to dower out of the said properties (ii) to erect a 9inch brick wall or close boarded fence not less than 5ft high on the SW side Witnesses: - John Jackson of Castle Wood Mansion, Shooters Hill, Kent, contractor - W.
