Reciting that cottage has been for many years inhabited and occupied by the pastor or minister for the time being of the church and congregation of Protestant Dissenters meeting for religious worship at the meeting house adjacent late under the pastoral care of the Reverend [blank] Clark, and that 1. is the only surviving trustee. Declaration of trust, that is, that the cottage or tenement or close may be for ever inhabited and occupied by the Pastor, Minister or Teacher for the time being of the church and congregation at a rent to be decided by trustees, which rent is to be used in repairing and maintaining both the cottage or tenenement and the meeting house; and the Meeting House shall be used by the Church and Congreation meeting there.
