    1) John Hubbard, South Mills, Blunham, gent., 2)Richard Emery, Blunham, tailor, 3)Francis Atwood, St Neots, Hunts, cordwainer, 4) John Grant, Great Barford, labourer. Reciting surrender of same date by Thomas Spring of Great Barford gent of: - Cottage or tenement newly rebuilt with appurtenances in Blunham, in occupation of the Reverend Thomas Craner, - house or building adjoining or standing near the cottage now used as a Meetinghouse for a congregation of Protestant Dissenters and sert apart for Religious Worship, - close of pasture adjoining containing two acres. Declaration that parties stand seized of premises to uses as follows: that the rents from the property should be spent on the repairs of the Meeting House, and for the use of the congregation. Covenant that the survivor is to surrender the property to the use of a similar body of four trustees taken from the body of the congregation there meeting.
