    i) Edward Madgwick, Highgate, Middlesex, gentleman the Reverend William Miller, Fareham, Southampton, clerk and wife Sarah (late Sarah Madgwick, spinster) (said Edward and Sarah are the acting executors of will of William Hill, late of Denham, Buckinghamshire, gentleman, deceased) ii) Mary Hoare, St Marylebone, Middlesex, widow iii) William Ledrum, Bellyard, Middlesex, shoemaker reciting death of William Hill. By will dated 7 August 1783 he appointed his sister Sarah Madgwick, his niece Sarah Madgwick (now Sarah Miller) and nephew Edward Madgwick executors. i) proved will in Prerogative Court of Canterbury now i) having occasion for £400 - the whole of the money remaining on the security - have requested ii) who is entitled to the equity of redemption in the premises to lend them the same so ii) has borrowed £100 from iii) and paid this, as well as £300 of her own money, to i) now i) at request of ii) assign to iii) - all property as in main deed for remainder of term of 500 years subject to equity of redemption it is also agreed that heirs of Thomas Overbury shall be interested in same premises in trust for iii) also iii) agrees with ii) to hold premises subject to trusts i.e. 3 x 1/4th parts in trust for ii) to secure repayment of £300 and interest of £4..10s per annum and remaining 1/4th part for his own benefit to secure repayment of £100 signatures of all endorsed receipt witnesses: H B Mayhew, Lincoln's Inn; Elizabeth Miller, spinster, Poole; Richard Miller
