    Order, upon the application of the Reverend W T T drake who in pursuance of an Order in this matter, dated 9 April 1900, was appointed to exercise the therein mentioned powers of a Committee of the estate of Anthony Francis Penyston, and having been attended by the solicitors for the Applicant and upon reading the said Order and the affidavit of Ernest Balfour Trotter sworn 18 July 1907: - that the Applicant be permitted (and is hereby authorised on behalf of Anthony Francis Penyston) to pull down and rebuild the cottage known as Tithe Cottage, Westoning of which Anthony Francis Penyston is tenant in tail male in possession and for such purpose to to expend out of money in his hands a sum not exceeding £300 - that the sum when so expended with interest thereon at 4% per annum do stand charged on the Bedfordshire Estate of which Anthony Francis Penyston is tenant in tail male in possession in favour of the personal estate of Anthony Francis Penyston - that the reasonable and proper costs of the Applicant of, incident to and consequent upon this application and from the foot of the last taxation be taxed and paid by him out of any money in or coming to his hands available for the purpose signed: Thomas H Fischer Dorse: stamped 'Office of Masters in Lunacy', entered 2 August 1907; and inscribed 'Trotter, Thicknesse and Company, 64 Victoria Street, S.W.'
