    Signed statement concerning the purchase of several properties identified on the enclosed plan, due to be sold by Stewart Butler Hubbard to George Frederick Farr, and stating that: - having read the Abstract of Title [Z1515/1/11/5/15] he believes the premises coloured green on the plan were conveyed to Stephen Sapwell on 13 June 1898 and between that date and 1931 they were acquired by Albert and Gustavus Robinson, hat manufacturers - during that period Albert and Gustavus Robinson extended their factory at 12 and 12a Liverpool Road and the extension was erected by Messrs W. G. Dunham and Sons, builders - he believes that no conveyance dated between 1913 and 1931 can be found but that it was owned firstly by Albert and Gustavus Robinson, then by Albert Robinson, A & G Robinson Ltd, Barclays Bank and by Stewart Butler Hubbard Witnesses: - H A R Wood, Commissioner for Oaths Includes plan of the affected area drawn up by Manning & Steel, surveyors of Luton, October 1946
