    Order, upon application of the Reverend W T T Drake (as in X732/34) who, in pursuance of an Order in this matter dated 9 April 1900, was appointed to exercise the therein mentioned powers of a Committee of the estate of Anthony Francis Penyston and having been attended by the solicitors for the Applicant and upon sending the said Order and the affidavit of Ernest Balfour Trotter (sworn 9 March 1904) and it having been established (to the satisfaction of the signing Officer) that Anthony Francis Penyston continues through mental infirmity arising from disease, incapable of managing his affairs and having dispensed with service of notice of this application upon Anthony Francis Penyston; - that the said Applicant be and is hereby authorised in the name and on behalf of Anthony Francis Penyston to purchase from William Adolphus Partridge a right in perpetuity to water from the land of William Adolphus Partridge to the Penyston Estate in the parish of Westoning in consideration of £155 to be paid on behalf of Anthony Francis Penyston by the Applicant out of monies in his hands belonging to Anthony Francis Penyston available for that purpose and to do and execute all such Acts and Deeds as may be necessary and as the Masters referred to in the Acts shall settle and approve of for effectuating the said purchase - that the sum of £155 when so expended is declared to be a charge on the Bedfordshire estate of which Anthony Francis Penyston is tenant male in tail in possession and be secured to W T T Drake as a trustee for Anthony Francis Penyston as part of his personal estate - that the reasonable and proper costs of the Applicant of, incident to, and consequent upon this Application be taxed and when certified, retained by him (together with a sum of £3..3s as vendor's costs) out of any money belonging to Anthony Francis Penyston in his hands available for the purpose Signed: Thomas H Fischer Dorse: stamped 'Office of Masters in Lunacy' and note of date of entry, 13 ?April 1904; and inscribed 'Fox, Trotter and Company of 64 Victoria Street, Westminster'
