Writes that he heard from Aunt Kate this morning regarding the old cottage (and encloses letters numbered 1-4 regarding the same [missing]); that he has told Aunt Kate that he and the addressee [Willie] ceased to exist as trustees when Anthony came of age, that the Lunacy Commissioners would take him over and that Willie would probably be appointed trustee of the estate etc., and that the £100 could not be paid her without the sanction of the Lunacy Commissioners; and that Aunt Kate might like to have letters 2 and 3 back again
