Acknowledgement by Wellington Patrick Chetwynd Talbot (struck through) and James Ferguson of the right of William Thomas Tyrewhitt Drake, his heirs and assigns, to production of an Indenture of 11 April 1889 between William Smith Cowper Cooper of the first part and Edith Georgina Warren Vernon of the other, being a grant of an annuity in favour of the latter and an Indenture of 12 April 1889 between Edith Georgina Warren Vernon of the first part and Sir George Russell, Wellington Patrick Chetwynd Manver Talbot and James Ferguson being a mortgage of the said annuity and the right to deliveries of copies of the same
