    Parties: (i) Walter Neve of Luton, gentleman (ii) William James Cawdell of Luton, timber merchant (iii) Alfred Day Batson of Liverpool Road in Luton, builder (iv) George Robert Worboys of Collingdon Street in Luton, plait merchant Reciting: - By a mortgage by conveyance dated 15 November 1879 (iii) borrowed £540 from Alfred Pilgrim - (iii) borrowed an additional £200 from (i) by a Further Charge dated 24 December 1879 - An additional £60 was borrowed from Alfred Pilgrim by a Further Charge dated 4 January 1881 - Alfred Pilgim assigned the two sums of £540 and £60 owed to him by (iii) to (i) by an indenture of 19 April 1882 - An additional £200 was borrowed from (ii) by a Further Charge dated 9 July 1882 - Some of the money has been repaid to (i) and some of the lands released from the mortgage (not those described here) but £610 with arrears of interest at £102 still owing - (ii) is still owed £200 and arrears of interest Operative Part: (i), (ii) and (iii) convey to (iv) for £300 to be paid to (i) and £40 to (iii) in part payment of the moneys owed to them Property: (a) land in Collingdon Street in Luton bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and on the NE by premises of William Burgess and on SE by other premises of (iii) and on SW by premises of John William Rowe (b) the messuage or tenement erected on (a) in the occupation of (iv) Covenant: (iii) for production of deeds Witnesses: - Fred W.
