Parties: (i) William Burgess of Cardiff Road, Luton, straw hat manufacturer (ii) George Punter and Arthur Robert Child, both of Collingdon Street, straw hat manufacturers Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/2/1 Operative Part: (i) conveys to (ii) for £575 paid in equal shares Property: (a) Two messuages or tenements with washhouses, workshop, gardens etc being 27 and 29 Collingdon Street, formerly in the occupation of (i) and Miss Steele but now in the occupation of (ii) and Frederick Scott, which said premises are bounded on the N by Collingdon Street with a frontage of 30ft and on the SW by the premises of Alfred Day Batson and on the SE or rear by the premises of Alfred Day Batson and on the NE by the premises late of Joshua Kingham Habendum: (ii) to be tenants in common subject to the right of the owner of the adjoining premises to build up or obstruct the lights at the rear of the premises Witnesses: - J.G.
