    Parties: (i) Walter Neve of Luton, gentleman (ii) Alfred Day Batson of Luton, builder (iii) William Burgess of Luton, straw hat manufacturer Reciting: - By an indenture of mortgage dated 3 September 1877 (ii) borrowed £250 with interest from Frances Seymour - By an indenture of mortgage dated 10 October 1878 (ii) borrowed £100 with interest from (i) - By an indenture of mortgage dated 3 March 1879 (i) paid the £250 owing to Frances Seymour and the mortgage was transferred to him - The said two sums of £250 and £100 are still owing to (i) by (ii) but interest has been paid Operative Part: (i) conveys to (iii) for £600, £340 of which will be paid to (i) and £260 will be paid to (ii) Property: (a) Two messuages or tenements with washhouses, workshop etc in Collingdon Street now occupied by Miss Steele and (iii), bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and with a frontage of 32ft and on the SW by other premises of (ii) not conveyed and on the NE by premises of Joshua Kingham Covenant: (ii) to be at liberty to build up or obstruct the lights to the rear of the property without being liable to any action Witnesses: - Arthur H.
