    Appoints brother in law Thomas Calthorpe Blofeld of Hoveton House (Norfolk), esquire, and his friend Lewis John Berger of 26 Charles Street, Berkeley Square (Middlesex), esquire, executors and trustees Bequeathes to his eldest son living at his decease, all his pictures and pearls; to sons William Adolphus Partridge and Robert Charles Partridge, all his plate and plated articles in equal shares Devises and bequeathes all his real estate and the residue of his personal estate to Thomas Calthorpe Blofeld and Lewis John Berger, their executors etc. upon trust to sell, call in, collect and convert into money and, after payment of his funeral and testamentary expenses and debts, for such of his children as shall attain the age of 21 years of age and, if more than one, in equal shares Directs that all money liable to be invested under the trusts shall be invested in the names of his trustees in or upon any public stock or funds or government securities of the United Kingdom or India or in stock of the Bank of England or upon freehold, copyhold or leasehold securities in England or in Wales but not in Ireland or in or upon the debentures, debenture stock or guaranteed or preference stocks or shares of any railway Company in the United Kingdom or India 'upon or in relation to which a fixed or minimum interest or dividend or rent or rent charge shall be secured or guaranteed by the same or any other Company or by the Government of India but not in any stocks, funds, shares or securities to bearer or which respectively shall be transferred by mere delivery or delivery and endorsement though coming within the general description of investments hereby authorised…' with power to vary or transpose such stocks etc. into or for others of any nature hereby authorised Empowers trustees to apply the whole or any part of the income of the expectant or presumptive or vested share of any infant under the trusts of the will for/towards the maintenance or education of such infant; and to raise any part not exceeding half of the expectant etc. share of any child under the trusts of the will and to apply the same for his benefit or advancement in the world Witnesses: W J Wigston and Edmund Upton, clerks to Messrs Wilde, Berger, Moore and Wilde, solicitors, of 21 College Hill, London
