Scope and Content
(a) Manor of Toddington copy of absolute surrender (i) of the late Joseph Sabin of Welton, in the county of Northampton, to (ii) Thomas Rawlings of Toddington, yeoman.
Joseph Sabin, as copyhold tenant of the said manor did surrender land lying in the Parish of Toddington and situated in the Upper Field, measuring 3 acres and 27 perches, bounded on the East by Dunstable Road, to Thomas Rawlings, for the sum of £215.
Includes details of exchange between Joseph Sabin and Thomas Connolly for an old enclosure and barn, which were in the occupation of William Oakes, but are now in the occupation of the said Thomas Rawlings.
