This image collection was found in the possession of Tom Pettitt's mother, who is a direct descendent (granddaughter) of William Nutting and Frederick Schrader. Unless otherwise stated, the glass plate negatives are believed to have been taken by Frederick Schrader, who took a number of early views of Bedford.
