    Settlement on marriage of Thomas Boteler (son and heir apparent of William Boteler of Biddenham alias Bidnam, esquire) and Ann Farrer (daughter and sole heir apparent of Francis Farrer of Harrolde, gentleman) ... an annuity of £50 from the mansion house or site of Harwolde alias Harrolde Priory, and the manor and rectory of Harwolde [see TW613]; from Woodend in Woodhull now commonly called Odell; and from closes, etc, called Allisoe in Newton Bromswold (county Northamptonshire). (the foregoing premises belong to Farrer, who also owns the Manor of Little Ockley in parish of Great Ockley (county Essex). Also an annuity of £50 from the capital messuage "sometyme Kyrtons in Forde end in Biddenham" and from all the messuages, lands etc. (belonging to William Boteler).
